Delivery charges
The applicable delivery charge, or any qualifying free-delivery offer, is shown before payment so you can review the total cost of the order.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are prepared after payment and any required order checks. Delivery dates or timeframes shown by the store or courier are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Public holidays, remote-area delivery, address problems, severe weather, courier disruption or other events outside reasonable control can cause delays.

Delivery details

Damaged or missing delivery
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or does not arrive as expected, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order details so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
