Currency and prices
Store prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) unless clearly stated otherwise. The checkout shows the amount payable before you confirm payment, including delivery charges and applicable taxes where relevant.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Secure payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. KlaasyThings does not require customers to send card details by ordinary email or messaging.
Authorisation and failed payments
An order can proceed only after the payment process reports the required authorisation or confirmation. A bank or payment provider may decline, delay or reverse a transaction for reasons outside our control. If payment does not complete, the order may remain unpaid or be cancelled.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us with the order number and relevant transaction information. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment process wherever reasonably possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times can affect when a refunded amount becomes visible to you.
Fraud prevention
We may perform reasonable checks or request verification before fulfilment where a transaction presents a security or fraud concern.
